Paul Jacuzzi spent his early career years in general management roles in the commercial building products and manufacturing sectors. Under his watch, his companies rose to national leadership and afforded him the opportunity to travel around the globe, both as a tourist and on business missions. Learning from a variety of cultures and successful entrepreneurs, Jacuzzi crafted his own unique business and personal style based on decisive action, team building, and injecting fun into solving complex business challenges. During these early years, he became a skilled negotiator in sales, labor contracts, and corporate acquisitions. In the latter half of his career, Jacuzzi acquired his own manufacturing and distribution company in Canada. ​
Through an aggressive growth and product-development strategy, he grew the business into a leading North American player with operations across Canada and the United States and customers around the globe, unlocking opportunities for new product innovations and sources. Upon his retirement in 2020, Jacuzzi turned to his interests in travel, family, and historical events. Combining all of his career and individual experiences with a knack for writing and composition led to the creation of the Dalton Drake series of espionage and military thrillers.
